The Edenton Cotton House Condominiums are included in the 2015 Edenton Pilgrimage Tour of Historic Homes.

The Pilgrimage of Historic Homes — two days of hospitality, history, heritage, gardens, architecture, antiques, Southern food, music and more — hosted by Edenton Woman’s Club since 1949 will welcome hundreds of visitors touring the homes, and will be greeted by members of the Woman’s Club and volunteers, who will share with them interesting facts and details about the history of each home.

Plan to come to Edenton — named “One of America’s Prettiest Towns” by Forbes.com. The tour is presented by The Edenton Woman's Club and will take place on Friday, April 17 and Saturday, April 18. For more information, please visit the official Edenton Pilgrimage website at edentonpilgrimage.org.

The Cotton House, 1906

110 Cotton Mill Circle, Unit 905,
Dr. and Mrs. Daniel Bozik

and

Unfinished Unit,
Mr. and Mrs. Hall Johnstone, developers

This building, separate and behind the mill, contained stored cotton. The one-story structure with a slanted shed roof is now being converted into five living spaces by developers Hall and Betsy Johnstone. In the first completed condo, the owners have adapted the functional, somewhat industrial space into a one level home of great interest that reflects the interior design work of the owner as well as the interests and library of the retired professor.
