Chowan Herald Newspaper spotlights Edenton Cotton House Condos

"Linda Bozik and her husband, Dan, purchased the first of the Cotton House Condo units.  Linda said their new place is a perfect fit for their needs.  The Illinois natives moved to Edenton after Dan Bozik retired as Dean at North Carolina Wesleyan College in Rocky Mount and they decided to downsize.  Linda said he couple began visiting small towns, including Edenton, about a year and a half before relocating here.
 

She said they knew they wanted to live in the historic district so they could walk and not have to drive everywhere.  They also enjoy canoeing and kayaking and wanted to be close to the water.  And they wanted to be in a dog-friendly neighborhood since they have a dog named Noah, a Great Pyrenees who just turned four ad won Best in Show at the local Pet-A-Palooza.”
